     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extend the time
limit prescribed in the judgment dated 20-07-2023 in WPC 20632/2023 for a
period of 6 months from 12-09-2023.
     This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
of SENIOR GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the applicants/ respondents 1 & 2 and of
M/S.K.J.MOHAMMED ANZAR, P.K.MINIMOLE, MUHAMMED ASHIQUE & A.RADHAKRISHNAN

                               ORDER

This is an application to enlarge the time for

complying with the directions in the judgment dated

20.07.2023 for a further period of six months from

12.09.2023.

Perusing the affidavit filed in support of the I.A, I

am not satisfied with the reasons extended for time

extension. However, taking into consideration the facts of the

case, the time is enlarged for a period of one month from

today.
