                                    ORDER

This review petition is filed on the ground that the writ

petition, to which the review petitioner was a party, was disposed of

without issuing notice to the review petitioner. The undisputed fact

is that, pursuant to the judgment, the Authorised Officer passed an

order after hearing the parties concerned, including the review

petitioner. That order is under challenge in another writ petition

-W.P.(C) No.2703 of 2023. In such circumstances, no purpose will

be served by proceeding with this review petition.

The review petition is hence closed, leaving it open for the

review petitioner and others, including additional respondents 4

and 5, to raise all contentions in the pending writ petition.
