                                     JUDGMENT

1. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs;

i. issue a writ of mandamus or such other writs, order or direction, directing the Secretary RTA Thrissur to settle the timings and issue the varied permit in respect of SC KL 47 5957 as directed by the RTA in its meeting held on 31.01.2019 within a time frame as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper;

ii. issue a writ of mandamus or such other writs, order or direction, directing the Secretary RTA Thrissur to consider Ext. P2 request for settlement of timings in respect of SC KL 47 5957 to operate on the varied route.

iii. to grant such other reliefs as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper.

2. The Learned Government Pleader submits that the decision on

fixing timing for the operation of the stage carriage of the petitioner

bearing registration No. SC KL 47 5957 on route Chungam -

Kottakkadavu shall be taken in accordance with the law. WP(C) NO. 37990 OF 2023

3. Considering aforesaid submission, the present writ petition is

disposed of with direction to the respondent to take a decision on

Exhibit P-2 application of the petitioner within a period of one month,

in accordance with the law.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands finally

disposed of.
