                                     ORDER

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the

learned Public Prosecutor and considering reasons which compelled me to deny

anticipatory bail to the petitioner while considering earlier bail application filed by

the petitioner as B.A. No.8077/2023 (Annexure-A2 order), I am of the view that

there is no change of circumstances taking of a different view in the present

anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner. Anticipatory bail application

were therefore stand dismissed.
