          THRISSUR DISTRICT-680 014.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings pursuant to the judgment and decree dated 31.08.2019 in O.S.
   30/2017 on the files of the II Additional Sub Court, Thrissur, in the
   interest of equity and justice.

        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's
   order dated 17/8/23 and this Court's Judgment dated 30/6/2022 and upon
   hearing the arguments of RAJIT, Advocate for the petitioners and of
   SRI.DINESH MATHEW J.MURICKEN, Advocate for the respondent, the court
   passed the following:
