        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to direct the Hon'ble
   Principal Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, ernakulam to recall Exhibit P2
   and P3 original petitions from the Addl. MACTs, Ernakulam for joint trial
   and disposal of the three cases on merits, in the interest of justice.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's judgment dated
   16-11-2019 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S K.A.JALEEL & C.Y.VINOD
   KUMAR, Advocates for the petitioners and of SRI.GEORGE CHERIAN (Senior
   Advocate), along with M/S K.S.SANTHI & LATHA SUSAN CHERIAN, Advocates for
   the respondent 2, the court passed the following:

I.A No.1 of 2023

This I.A was necessitated due to subsequent events.

This Court ordered joint trial of three motor accident

cases, (OP(MV) No.2779 of 2016, pending before the

Principal MACT, Ernakulam, OP(MV) Nos.1591 of 2018 and

2251 of 2018 pending before the Additional District

Court, Ernakulam), at the time of issuance of judgment.

Now the cases are pending before different Tribunals due

to constitution of an Additional Tribunal.

Having considered the facts and circumstances, it

is ordered that OP(MV) Nos.1591 of 2018 and 2251 of

2018, pending before the Additional Motor Accidents

Claims Tribunal, Ernakulam be transferred to the

Principal Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Ernakulam for

joint trial. The Additional Motor Accidents Claims

Tribunal shall take note of this order and transfer the OP (MAC) No.48/2019 3/4

O.P(MAC) No.48 of 2019

cases to the Principal Motor Accidents Claims

Tribunal, Ernakulam.
