                          JUDGMENT

The present writ petition has been filed for a writ of

mandamus, commanding the respondent to take a decision on the

application of the petitioner (Ext.P2) for a change of timing of the

stage carriage vehicle bearing registration No.KL-13-AF-7274, for

which a permit has been granted to ply on the route Padaparambu

- Tirur - Manjeri.

2. The ground on which the application has been filed is

that a lot of new services have been introduced on the route, and

this is affecting the petitioner's business badly. Ext.P2 application

of the petitioner is dated 26.10.2023. However, till date, no decision

has been taken by the respondent.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of

with a direction to the respondent to take an informed decision on

Ext. P2 in accordance with the law after hearing all the affected

parties within a period of two months.
