Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to stay Ext.P13 order and to direct respondents 1 to 3 to
reinstate the petitioners as managing committee members provisionally,
pending disposal of the Writ Petition.

This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this court's order dated
03.11.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of N.ANAND, RAJESH O.N.

to 4, the court passed the following:

Ext.P13 order appointing a Part Time Administrator was
passed by the Deputy Director on the ground that there is no
quorum for functioning the Committee in view of the
disqualification order contained in Ext.P12. By interim order
dated 03.11.2023 in W.P.(C) No.36439 of 2023, this Court has
stayed the operation of Ext.P14 order relating to disqualification
of the writ petitioner therein.
2. In view of the said interim order, it is an admitted
position that the Committee enjoys the quorum now. In that view
of the matter, there will be an interim order staying the operation
of Ext.P13 order dated 31.10.2023.

3. There will be a consequential direction to permit the
Committee to function provisionally and subject to further orders in
this writ petition.
4. The respondents to file counter affidavit.
