                                  JUDGMENT

Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a

direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and

pass orders on Ext.P3, Form 5 application. The

petitioner is the absolute owner and is in

possession of an extent of 3.94 Ares of proeprty

comprised in Block No.9, Sy No.20/11-3 of Edappal

Village, Ponnani Taluk, Malappuram District.

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader also.

3. After hearing both sides, the above writ

petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd

respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3

Form-5 application in accordance with law, within

a period of three months from the date of receipt

of a copy of this judgment.
