JUDGMENT
Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for respondents
1 to 4. In view of the order that is proposed to be issued,
notice to the 5th respondent is dispensed with.
2. The petitioner's appointment was not approved. The
reason stated is that there is no Manager at present and that
the declaration which is required to have been submitted by
the Manager had not been submitted. According to the
petitioner, declaration has already been submitted and the
appointment was by an approved Manager. The petitioner
has preferred Ext.P6 appeal and seeks early disposal of the
same.
WP(C) NO. 36939 OF 2023
3. In view of the limited prayer made, the writ petition
is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and
pass orders on Ext.P6 after hearing the petitioner, at the
earliest, at any rate within two months from the date of
receipt of a copy of this judgment.
