                                       JUDGMENT

Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the 1 st

respondent to dispose of Ext.P1 application in Form 6 within a time frame

to be fixed by this Court.

2. Petitioner is the owner in possession of 0.0293 hectares of land in

survey no.83/4-4 in Block no.1 in Pattambi Village in Pattambi Taluk.

Palakkad District. Petitioner submits that the land is shown as a wetland in

the revenue records, though it is not a wet land and is not included in the

data bank.

3. Heard the learned Government Pleader also.

After hearing both sides, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition

with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on

Ext.P1 Form 6 application as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within

a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the

judgment.

Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
