JUDGMENT
Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to
the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3
application in Form 5 within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.
2. Petitioner is the absolute owner and title holder of a total
extent of 21 Ares of land comprised in survey no.240/15 of
Parakadavu Village in Ernakulam District. Petitioner submits that the
land is included in the data bank as "converted land" and thereupon
she preferred Ext.P3 application to remove the same from the data
bank.
3. Heard the learned Government Pleader also.
After hearing both sides I am inclined to dispose of the writ
petition with a direction to the 2 nd respondent to consider and pass
orders on Ext.P3 application in Form 5 in accordance with law within
a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the
judgment. Petitioner will be free to file argument notes incorporating
copies of the judgments if any relied on by her to substantiate the
contentions and the 2nd respondent RDO while considering the
matter as directed above, shall advert to the contentions of the
petitioner in the argument notes submitted by her.
With the abovesaid direction, the above writ petition is
disposed of.
