        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the judgment and decree passed in AS.53/2014 on the file of the
   Subrodinate Court,Thalassery in the judgment and decree in OS.216/2006 on
   the file of the Munsiff Court,Kuthuparamba, pending disposal of the
   Regular Second Appeal.

        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 11.01.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.CIBI THOMAS,
   Advocate for the petitioners, the court passed the following:
