          OP(Criminal) having come up for orders on 24/05/2023, upon perusing

    the letter dated 03/05/2023 from Additional Chief Judicial First Class

    Magistrate (E.O), Ernakulam and this Court's judgment dated 25/03/2022,

    the court on the same day passed the following.


                                          ORDER

By judgment dated 25/03/2022 this Court had directed the Additional

Chief Judicial Magistrate (Economic Offences) to dispose of

CC.No.1705/2019 within one year.

By communication dated 03/05/2023, it is informed that further time

is required to dispose of the case since the material witnesses could not

be examined.

Having regard to the circumstances of the case, I am satisfied that

further time of 10 months can be granted from today to dispose of the

aforesaid case.

Accordingly, time limit specified in the order dated 25/03/2022

shall stand extended by a further period of 10 months from today.
