     This Original petition having come up for orders on 24/05/2023 upon
perusing the letter dated 03.04.2023 of the Judge, Family Court,
Neyyattinkara requesting extension of time for disposal of I.A No.1/2023
in O.P No.526 of 2022 of that Court by a further period of 7 days and this
Court's Judgment dated 17/03/2023 in OP(FC) No.124/2023, the court same
day passed the following:

This Original Petition was disposed of by the judgment

dated 17.03.2023 by directing the Family Court,

Neyyattinkara to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2023 in O.P.No.526 of

2022 within a period of two weeks.

The Judge, Family Court, Neyyattinkara submitted a

report dated 03.04.2023 seeking seven days' more time to

dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2023 in O.P.No.526 of 2022.

Having gone through the report, we are of the view that

the request is genuine. Hence, seven days' more from today is

granted to the Family Court, Neyyattinkara to dispose of

I.A.No.1 of 2023 in O.P.No.526 of 2022.
