     This Original Petition having come up for orders on 24/05/2023 upon
perusing the letter dated 29/04/2023 of the judge, Family court,
Nedumangad, requesting extension of time for disposal of OP No.994/2019 of
that court by a further period of three months and this court's judgment
dated 27/01/2023, the court on the same day passed the following:

This Original Petition was disposed of by the judgment

dated 27.01.2023 by directing the Family Court, Nedumangad

to dispose of O.P.No.994 of 2019 within a period of three

months from the date of production of a copy of the said

judgment.

The Judge, Family Court, Nedumangad submitted a

report dated 29.04.2023 seeking three months' more time to

dispose of O.P.No.994 of 2019.

Having gone through the report, we are of the view that

the request is genuine. Hence, three months' more time from

21.05.2023 is granted to the Family Court, Nedumangad to

dispose of O.P.No.994 of 2019.
