The petitioner is the owner of tipper lorry

bearing Registration No. KL 12-H 8820. The limited

prayer of the petitioner is for a direction to the

1st respondent to report seizure of the vehicle to

the Magistrate having jurisdiction.

Considering the limited prayer of the

petitioner, I am of the opinion that a direction can

be given to the 1st respondent to report the seizure

of the petitioner's vehicle bearing Registration No.

KL 12-H 8820, before the concerned jurisdictional

Magistrate in the area, within a period of two

weeks.
