                          JUDGMENT

The petitioner is an existing stage carriage

operator on the route Mambaram-Koothuparamba-

Kannur, in respect of stage carriage bearing registration

No.KL-58/M 4967. The petitioner submitted Ext.P1

request before the respondent for revision of timings,

which is pending consideration. The limited prayer of

the petitioner is to direct the respondent to consider the

same.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the

petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for

in the writ petition, this Court is of the view that the

writ petition can be disposed of, with a direction to the WP(C) No. 15176 of 2023

respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on

on Ext.P1 request, as expeditiously as possible, at any

rate, within a period of two months, on a first come first

go basis, from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment, after affording an opportunity of hearing to

the petitioner and affected parties, if any.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
