        Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
   circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
   to stay the operation of the impugned judgment dated 27.1.2021 of the
   Learned Single Judge in WP(C) NO.174 of 2021, and to pass an ad-interim
   order to that effect to avail till the disposal of this Writ Appeal.


        This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders on 12.05.2023, upon
   perusing the appeal memmorandum, and this court's order dated 15.2.2021,
   the court on the same day pass the following
