                           JUDGMENT

The petitioner is the registered owner of a stage

carriage vehicle bearing Registration No.KL-51 C 5362.

According to her, there is a vacancy of timings of a

defaulted service of KL-13 Q 4217. The petitioner

submitted Ext.P4 application for temporary permit to do

substituted service in the place of KL-13 Q 4217. The

petitioner is aggrieved by non consideration of Ext.P4 by

the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and

the learned Government Pleader.

3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, there

will be a direction to the respondent to consider Ext.P4 W.P.(C).No.15601 of 2023

application for temporary permit in accordance with law

and subject to the preferential claim of the regular permit

holder, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a

period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of

this judgment. Till such time, there will be an order of

status quo as regards Ext.P1.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above

direction.
