        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to suspend the conviction and sentence passed
   against petitioner/1st appellant as per judgment dtd.31.08.2021 in
   S.C.(NDPS) No.22 of 2018 of the Special Judge's Court for NDPS Act Cases ,
   Thodupuzha ,(Additional District& Sessions Court-II,Thodupuzha) arising
   from Cr.No.1191 of 2017 of Kanjirapally Police Station , and order release
   of the petitioners/appellants without insisting for deposit of fine
   amounts , pending disposal of the above Criminal Appeal in the interest of
   justice.


        This Application again    coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and this court's order dated 14.02.2023 in Crl MA NO.1/2022
   therein and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. GEORGE MATHEW,
   M.D.SASIKUMARAN, PRAVEEN S., SUNIL KUMAR A.G, DIPU JAMES, MATHEW K.T.,
   GEORGE K.V., STEPHY K REGI, ELSA DENNY PINDIS,       Advocates for the
   petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondent, the court passed
   the following:

                                         ORDER

Post before the regular court after holidays.

The interim bail order dated 14.02.2023 will stand extended for a further period of one month.
