                           JUDGMENT

By Ext.P1, the petitioner was granted a regular

permit by the 1st respondent. The petitioner has

filed Ext.P2 application for temporary permit in

extension of the route covered by Ext.P1. The

grievance of the petitioner is that Ext.P2 application

is not so far considered by the 1 st respondent. The

limited relief of the petitioner is for a consideration

of Ext.P2 application for temporary permit.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the

petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

3. In view of the limited relief prayed for by

the petitioner in the writ petition, there will be a

direction to the 2nd respondent/Secretary RTA to

consider Ext.P2 application for temporary permit, in WP(C).No.14951 OF 2023

accordance with law, within a period of two weeks

from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
