                                 JUDGMENT

When this matter is taken up for consideration, it is not disputed before me

that the petitioner has cleared the entire overdue amount and the loan account of

the petitioner is regularised.

The writ petition is closed making it clear that any proceedings initiated

against the petitioner on account of the default which has now been regularised, will

be discontinued and will be recommenced only if the petitioner commits any further

default.
