          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the
   judgment and decree dated 29.02.2020 in O.S.No.680/2009 on the
   files of the Subordinate Judge, Irinjalakuda, pending disposal
   of the above appeal.

          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing
   the application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and
   this Court's order dated 03.03.2023, and upon hearing the
   arguments of SRI.K.S.BHARATHAN, Advocate for the petitioners,
   and of RAJIT, Advocate for R1, SREEKUMAR G.(CHELUR) FOR R5,
