        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extend the time
   granted by this Hon'ble Court in IA.No.1/2023 for a further period of two
   weeks from 28-03-2023 in the interest of justice.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's Judgment
   dated 01-04-2022 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.SAJEEV KUMAR
   K.GOPAL, Advocate for the petitioners in IA/WP(C), SHRI.SALIL NARAYANAN
   K.A., STANDING COUNSEL for the respondents 1, 2, 5 & 6 in IA/WP(C) and of
   GOVERNMENT PLEADER for respondent 4, the court passed the following:

                                           ORDER

The petitioner submits that an amount of Rs.26 lakhs will be paid to the KSFE by the purchaser. The purchaser has been sanctioned a loan by the Federal Bank is order to facilitate the purchase.

Unless the time granted as per order in IA.No.1 of 2023 is enlarged, the Bank authorities are not likely to disburse the sanctioned loan amount.

In the circumstances, the time permitted in IA.No 1 of 2023 is enlarged by a period of two weeks from today.
