        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the execution
   of the judgment and decree dated 22.01.2018 in OS.No.138/1995 on the file
   of the Munsiff-Magistrate Court, Perinthalmanna, till the disposal of the
   above Regular Second Appeal.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S.M.GOPIKRISHNAN NAMBIAR, R.CHETHAN KRISHNA, K.JOHN MATHAI, KURYAN
   THOMAS, RAJA KANNAN, PAULOSE C. ABRAHAM, JOSON MANAVALAN, Advocates for
   the petitioners and of M/S.PREETHI P V, K.B.SIVARAMAKRISHNAN,Advocates for
   the 1st respondent, the court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

Petition filed for staying the execution of the judgment and decree dated 22.01.2018 in OS.No.138/1995 on the file of Munsiff- Magistrate Court,Perinthalmanna till the disposal of the appeal.

Learned counsel for the respondents undertook that they will not proceed with the execution proceedings.

The above undertaking is recorded.
