                              JUDGMENT

Petitioner has approached this Court directing the 1st respondent

to report the seizure regarding the vehicle of the petitioner bearing

Reg No. KL-60-J-5356 before the 2nd respondent to enable the

petitioner to compound the offence alleged against him.

2. Petitioner submits that in similar circumstances this Court

has interfered and passed Ext P2 judgment.

3. Heard the learned Government Pleader also.

4. After hearing both sides, I am inclined to dispose of the

writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to immediately

report the seizure of the vehicle along with all relevant documents

before the 2nd respondent within a period of two days from today. In

case the petitioner approaches the 2 nd respondent with a request for

release of the vehicle, the same shall be considered in accordance

with law within a period of one week thereafter.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
