                                 JUDGMENT

Admit.

2. The learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the

respondent.

3. The respondent has taken possession of the vehicle

on which, the loan had been granted. The Standing Counsel, on

instructions, submits that the amount overdue is Rs.2,96,450/-.

In the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of

directing the petitioner to pay the amount overdue along with

the regular instalments in 2 equal monthly instalments, the 1 st

instalment falling due on or before 23.04.2023 and the second

instalment falling due on or before the 23 rd of May, 2023. On

payment of the entire overdue amount the respondent shall

release the vehicle and regularise the loan account. The

petitioner is at liberty to pay off the overdue amount earlier and

get the same benefit.
