        This Contempt of court case (civil) having come up for orders on

                                               ORDER

After going through the pleadings in the Contempt case, prima facie,

I am of the opinion that the respondent committed contempt. Respondent

will appear in person before this Court on 19/07/2023. In the meanwhile,

if the directions are complied with or the judgment is varied or modified,

personal appearance of the respondent is dispensed with.

Post on 19/07/2023.

Issue a copy of this order to the learned Government Pleader for

communicating the same to the respondent.
