                               ORDER

The review petition has been filed pointing out that even though

this Court had in the judgment dated 12.04.2023 in W.P.(C)No.9513

of 2023 directed payment of the overdue amount in instalments, the

amount that was mentioned is the total outstanding amount. The

counsel for the respondents submits that there is a mistake and the

total overdue as on today comes to ₹4,86,400/- and the total

outstanding comes to ₹9,11,281/-. It is also submitted that even

though the petitioners were directed to pay in instalments, no

instalment has so far been paid. Since there is a mistake in the

amount stated, the judgment needs to be recalled. The judgment

dated 12.04.2023 in W.P.(C)No.9513 of 2023 is recalled.
