        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extend the time
   limit prescribed in the judgment dated 01.02.2023 in WP(C)No.1205/2023 by
   a further period of 5 more months from 16.03.2023.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for applicant in I.A/respondent 3
   in WP(C), M/S.V.V.SURENDRAN, P.A.HARISH & ASWATHI C., Advocates for the
   respondent 1 in I.A/petitioner in WP(C) and of M/s VENUGOPAL.M.R

After hearing both sides I think that the time extension petition can be allowed.
