ORDER
This is a petition for enlarging the time granted to the petitioner
for paying the instalments Nos: 1 to 6 upto 1 September 2023.
Eventhough the prayer is seriously opposed by the learned counsel
for respondent, I think that time extension can be allowed in the light of
the averments in the affidavit and documents produced along with the
petition.
Accordingly the time is extended as prayed for. But I make it clear
that no further extension will be granted.
