        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to pass an order
   staying the operation of the judgment and decree to the extent it directs
   payment of exemplary costs to defendants 4-20 during the pendency of the
   above appeal . It is prayed accordingly . The same may be granted.
