        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the judgment dated 31.3.23 in O.P.1074/22 on the files of Family Court,
   Malappuram, pending disposal of the Matrimonial appeal, in the interest of
   justice.


        This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of SMT.BINDU SREEKUMAR, Advocate for the applicant, the court passed the
   following:

                                             ORDER

There shall be a stay as prayed for. However, on the strength of stay, the appellant shall not alienate, transfer or encumber the property.
