            Review Petition praying inter alia that in the circumstances
       stated in the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court
       be pleased to stay the operation and implementation of the judgment
       dated 22-03-2023 in OP(C) No. 498/2023, pending disposal of the
       Review Petition.


        This Review Petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   petition and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's
   order dated 12.4.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S T.T. MUHAMOOD,
   V.E. ABDUL GAFOOR & A. MOHAMMED SAVAD, Advocates for the petitioner and of
   Sri. ANIL S. RAJ, Advocate for the respondent, the court passed the
   following.

The interim order dated 5.4.2023 will stand extended by a week.
