        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay all proceedings in furtherance to the order dated
   25-02-2023 passed by the respondent no. 2 which is dealt with in exhibits
   p2, p4 & p6, pending disposal of this writ petition.


        This petition        again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   petition and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's
   order dated 30.03.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S SAJAN
   VARGHEESE K., LIJU. M.P & JOPHY POTHEN KANDANKARY, Advocates for the
