        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider Ext.P2 application
   for renewal of Explosives license submitted by the petitioner taking into
   consideration of the law laid down by this Hon'ble Court in Ext P5 to P7
   judgments, within a time limit fixed by this Hon'ble Court pending final
   disposal of the above Writ Petition in the interest of justice.


        This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
