                              JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed with the following reliefs:-

"i) To issue a writ of mandamus or other writ or any other appropriate writ order or direction, directing the 1st respondent to consider Exhibit P3 and pass appropriate orders after affording the opportunities to the petitioner;

ii. Dispense with the translation of vernacular documents;

iii. To issue such other further reliefs as this Honorable Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case." (SIC)

2. When this writ petition came up for consideration,

the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the

petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the 1 st

respondent to consider Ext.P3 within a time frame.

3. Heard the learned Government Pleader also.

4. After hearing both sides, I think this writ petition

itself can be disposed of directing the 1 st respondent to

consider Ext.P3, within a time frame, after giving an

opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and respondents 3 W.P (C) No.18773 of 2023

to 5.

Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with the

following directions:-

i) The 1st respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders in Ext.P3, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and respondents 3 to 5, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

ii) The petitioner will produce a certified copy of this judgment along with a copy of this writ petition before the 1st respondent for compliance.
