This is an application filed to condone the delay of 35 days

in representing the above petition.

After appreciating the reasons stated in the affidavit filed for

condoning the delay, we are convinced that the affidavit discloses

sufficient cause for condoning the delay in representing the

petition. Hence, the application is ordered.
