                                   ORDER

This Court, by judgment dated 22.9.2022, had ordered the respondents

to approve the appointment of the petitioner in terms of Ext.P1 order and

directions were issued to pass appropriate orders within eight weeks. The

contempt case was preferred on 31.5.2023, seeking initiation of action for

non-compliance of directions.

2. Enough opportunities have been granted to the respondent to

comply with the directions. It was thereafter that order was passed on

4.7.2023 directing the respondent to appear in person.

3. An affidavit has been filed wherein it is stated that a review

petition has been filed seeking to review the judgment. The number or other

details of the review petition are not stated in the affidavit. Though it is

stated in the affidavit that fitness certificate has not been issued, the fact

remains that the School is functioning on the strength of the interim order

issued by this Court in another matter. No orders have also been produced

before this Court which shows that the judgment passed by this Court has

been set aside or modified.

4. In that view of the matter, the respondent shall appear in person

on 4.8.2023, to show cause why action shall not be taken for not complying

with the directions issued.
