                             JUDGMENT

The petitioner is the registered owner of two stage

carriages bearing Registration Nos.KL-10-AT-997 and KL-08-

BJ-1106 operating service on the route Cherukulamthodu-

Kozhikode and Nilambur-Kozhikode respectively. The

petitioner has submitted Ext.P3 request for revision of own

timings by inter change between two services. The petitioner

seeks for early consideration of Ext.P3.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned Government Pleader.

3. There will be a direction to the respondent to

consider Ext.P3 request for revision of own timings by

interchange between two services, as expeditiously as

possible, at any rate, within a period of two months from the W.P.(C) No.23662/2023

date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, if the same is

received by the respondent.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
