             Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the aﬃdavit ﬁled therewith the High Court be
   pleased to stay all the proceedings pursuant to against the judgment and decree dated 14.08.2020 on the ﬁle
   of the Court of the District Judge,Palakkad in AS.No.43 of 2017 and judgment and decree dated 30.11.2016 on
   the ﬁle of the Court of the Subordinate Judge (Addl), Palakkad in OS.No.873 of 2010 pending disposal of this
   Appeal.
             This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the aﬃdavit ﬁled in
   support thereof and this Court's order dated 20.01.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of
