        OP (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings in OS No.30/2014 on the files of the Munsiff Court
   Aluva pursuant to exhibit P12 judgment till the disposal of the above
   OP(Civil).


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   12.06.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.JAYASANKER &
   K.V.JAYADEEP MENON, Advocates for the petitioner, AND OF M/S.M.G.JEEVAN &
   SANIYA JOSE MAMPILLY, Advocates for Respondents 1 to 5, the court passed
