                             JUDGMENT

The above writ petition is filed with the

following prayers:

"(i) To issue a Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction directing the Respondents to consider Ext.P2 and pass appropriate orders within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court;

(ii) To issue a Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction to call for a report from the IInd Addl. District Court, Pathanamthitta;

(iii) To grant such other and further reliefs as are just, proper and necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case.

(iv) To dispense with filing of the translation of vernacular documents."[SIC] WP(C) NO.20077 OF 2023

When this writ petition came up for

consideration, the learned Standing Counsel appearing

for the respondent submitted that, 17 cases filed by

the petitioner is transferred to Principal Motor

Accidents Claims Tribunal-II, Pathanamthitta. In the

light of the same, the learned counsel for the

petitioner submitted that, this writ petition is not

pressed.

Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as

not pressed.
