     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
and implemetation of the judgment dated 26/08/2021 in OS No.39/2017 on the
files of the Court of the Subordinate Judge, Kannur, pending the final
disposal of the above Regular First Appeal.
     This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
of SRI.T.P.SAJID, Advocate for the petitioner and of SRI.V.R.KESAVA
KAIMAL, Advocate for the respondents, the court passed the following:

I.A.No.1 of 2022 Passing of the final decree in O.S.No.39 of 2017 on the files of the Sub Court, Kannur, is stayed for a period of two months.

R.F.A.No.32 of 2022 Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

From the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, we find that there are elements of settlement of the dispute involved in this matter. Hence, the parties are referred for mediation to be held at the Mediation Sub Centre at Kannur. The parties are directed to be present at 11.00 a.m. on 25.07.2023 for mediation.
