        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the decree and
   judgment of the Sub Court, Sulthanbathery dated 31.3.2003 in OS 175/1995,
   in the interest of justice pending disposal of the above appeal.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof,and this Court's
   order dated 30/11/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of GOVERNMENT
   PLEADER, for the petitioners and of M/S.PHILIP MATHEW,K.R.JINAN and
   M.A.SHAJI, Advocates for the additional respondents 2 to 4, the court
   passed the following:

Interim order already granted is extended for one month.
