                              JUDGMENT

Dated this the 11th day of January, 2023

This writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking the

following reliefs:

"(i) to call for records connecting Ext. P1 to P7 and P10 from the respondents concerned;

(ii) to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to grant 5 non compounded advance increments to the petitioners with effect from the date of joining service as shown in Ext. P1 and P1 (a).

(iii) to declare that petitioners are entitled to get 5 non- compounded increments based on clause 3 of Ext. P3."

2. Today, when the matter is taken up, Smt. P.R. Reena,

representing Sri. Biju Martin, learned counsel for the

petitioners, submitted that the subject matter of the writ

petition has become infructuous.

Placing on record the above submission, the writ petition

is dismissed as infructuous.
