        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the judgment and decree dated 18.12.2019 in AS.No.31/2017 on the file
   of the Subordinate Judge, Manjeri,filed against the judgment and decree
   dated 08.01.2010 in OS.No.44/2007 on the file of the Munsiff Court,Manjeri
   pending disposal of the Regular Second Appeal.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 11.10.2022 in IA.5/2021 and upon hearing the arguments of
