   perusing the petition, the court on the same day passed the following.

                                         O R D E R

Sri. G. Sreekumar (Chelur) enters appearance for the respondent.

After hearing and the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent, I am of the view that the dispute can be settled, if they are referred to mediation. Hence, the petitioner and the respondent are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre, High Court of Kerala, on 09-01-2023 at 10.15 am. The Nodal Officer shall make necessary arrangements to nominate a mediator.
