        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   and execution of the impugned judgment and decree dated 06/01/2022 in O.S
   No.20 of 2015 on the file of the Sub Judge Court, Muvattupuzha, pending
   disposal of the above appeal.

        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 28/11/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.ALIAS
   M.CHERIAN, SRI.K.M.RAPHY, SMT.NEENU ANNA BABU, SRI.AJAI ALIAS CHALAPPURAM,
